Specifically, we sell physical consumer products on Amazon Marketplace (where King Tros LLC is listed as the seller of record) and original digital products on Etsy. This website provides company information, policies and contact channels; it does not currently process orders or payments directly.

Payments are processed entirely by Amazon and Etsy through their own PCI-compliant payment systems; King Tros LLC does not collect or store payment card details. Digital products purchased on Etsy are delivered as instant downloads after the transaction is confirmed and do not involve any physical shipment.
6. Refunds and disputes
Physical products purchased on Amazon are subject to Amazon's standard return and refund policy. Digital products purchased on Etsy are subject to Etsy's digital-goods refund policy: because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are generally limited and reviewed case by case (for example, in the event of a delivery failure or a material error in the listing). In all cases we review refund requests in good faith and in line with applicable consumer-protection laws.
6a. Intellectual property of digital products
All digital products sold by King Tros LLC are original works created by us. Unless an extended commercial license is purchased separately, digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the buyer only. Buyers may not resell, redistribute or claim authorship of the files. King Tros LLC does not list products that infringe the trademarks, copyrights or rights of publicity of any third party.
7. Third-party platforms
Our services may interact with third-party platforms, marketplaces, and payment providers. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. King Tros LLC is not responsible for the operation, content, or policies of third-party services.
